For my Bat Mitzvah project, I spent a week working on the Blackfeet Indian Reservation in Browning, Montana. Although the people on the reservation are really nice, they are also really poor. To help them out, I am collecting funds for them. The funds will be distributed by Global Volunteers and used to assist the Blackfeet Care Center (a nursing home), the head start program, and/or Eagle Shields (a place that provides meals for elderly members of the tribe). If you want to learn more about my week, you can read my team journal here:

I spent two days during my weeks delivering meals with Eagle Shields. Sean drove the truck.
